Application Process
How do I apply for a payday loan?+
You can apply online through our website. The application takes about 5 minutes to complete. You'll need to provide your personal information, employment details, banking information, and send your last 3 months of bank statements plus your most recent activity.
How long does approval take?+
Most applications are reviewed and approved within 5 minutes during business hours. You'll receive notification via email and/or SMS once a decision is made.
What documents do I need?+
You'll need a government-issued photo ID, 3 months (90 days) of bank statements showing running balances after each transaction, proof of income (pay stubs or employment letter), and a valid email address and phone number. Along with the statements, send your most recent activity (everything from the end of your last statement up to today). A CSV download from online banking is best; PDF statements or screenshots with no gaps also work. Your bank statements must show no NSF (non-sufficient funds) on your payday or stopped payments in the last 90 days.

Sending Your Bank Statements
What banking do I need to send?+
We need your last 3 months of bank statements plus your most recent activity. Recent activity means everything from the end of your last statement up to today. Getting it right the first time is the fastest way to get approved.
What is the best way to send my bank statements?+
There are three ways:
- CSV download (best): one spreadsheet file of your account activity from online banking. Some banks let you pick 90 or 120 days, which covers everything in one file. Best if you have a computer.
- PDF statements + recent activity: your last 3 monthly statements as PDFs, plus screenshots or a CSV of everything since your last statement. Works on a phone or computer.
- Screenshots: screenshots from your banking app showing dates, every transaction and your balance, with no gaps. Best for recent activity on a phone.
Can I send screenshots from my banking app?+
Yes. Screenshots from your banking app work, especially for recent activity on a phone. They must show the date, description, amount and balance for every transaction, with no gaps in the dates and nothing cropped or edited.
