How do I apply for a payday loan?+
You can apply online through our website. The application takes about 5 minutes to complete. You'll need to provide your personal information, employment details, banking information, and upload a 90-day bank statement.
How long does approval take?+
Most applications are reviewed and approved within 5 minutes during business hours. You'll receive notification via email and/or SMS once a decision is made.
What documents do I need?+
You'll need a government-issued photo ID, a 90-day bank statement showing running balances after each transaction, proof of income (pay stubs or employment letter), and a valid email address and phone number.
Do you check my credit score?+
We do not perform traditional credit checks. Our approval is based primarily on your income, employment stability, and banking history over the past 90 days.
Loan Terms & Fees
How much can I borrow?+
You can borrow between $100 and $1,500, depending on your income. The maximum is 50% of your net pay from your last payday.
What are the fees?+
Our fee is $14 per $100 borrowed. For example, if you borrow $500, the fee is $70, making your total repayment $570. This is the maximum allowable cost in Ontario and Saskatchewan.
What is the APR?+
The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) for a typical 14-day loan is approximately 365%. Payday loans are short-term products not designed for extended borrowing.
What is the loan term?+
Loan repayment terms range from a minimum of 61 days up to a maximum of 63 days, typically aligned with your next payday.
Receiving & Repaying
How will I receive my funds?+
Approved loans are sent via Interac E-Transfer directly to your bank account. Most customers receive their funds within 20 minutes of approval.
How do I repay the loan?+
Repayment is automatically withdrawn from your bank account on your next payday via pre-authorized debit. You'll receive a reminder before any withdrawal is processed.
Can I repay early?+
Yes, you can repay your loan early without any penalties. Contact our customer service team at 1-888-674-1147 to arrange early repayment.
What if I can't repay on time?+
A $20 NSF fee applies to late payments, plus 30% annual interest on outstanding amounts. If you anticipate difficulty repaying, contact us immediately. Non-payment may result in the account being sent to collections and potential credit impact.
Eligibility
Who can apply for a loan?+
You must be at least 19 years old, a Canadian citizen or permanent resident in Ontario or Saskatchewan, have a regular income of at least $400 per pay period, and have an active Canadian bank account.
Can I apply if I receive government benefits?+
Yes, we accept various income types including pension, CPP, OAS, EI, Child Tax, and disability benefits (ODSP, AISH, BC Disability). However, welfare/social assistance as the primary income source does not qualify.
Can I apply if I'm self-employed?+
Yes, self-employed individuals can apply. You'll need to show regular income deposits in your bank statements over the past 90 days.
Can I have more than one loan at a time?+
No, you cannot have multiple payday loans simultaneously. You must repay your current loan before applying for a new one.
What is the right to cancel?+
You have the right to cancel your loan agreement within one business day of signing, with no penalty.
